"As a growing professional I have learned that successful individuals have mentors, advisors, and coaches who help shape their professional careers and even help themselves as an individual. These are things that the Renaissance Executive Forms and the Accelerator FLP series has made available to me. It gives me exposure to other professionals with different backgrounds, industry experience and educations and whom I can bounce ideas off in a non judgmental and confidential manner. Our group members understand the pressure I face in my position and help me work through the issues I face in the role that I play within my organization. Bruce Peters and our group members have provided me guidance, motivation and most importantly ask me questions that no one else asks." -
Kelly Bryant, Director of Operations and Finance - QV System, Inc.
"The Facilitative Leadership Program exceeded my expectations with comprehensive and actionable content, relevant tools and personal transformation. Bruce is a rare facilitator capable of uniquely coupling personal growth with leadership development. As a servant leader committed to the group's success, Bruce provided endless relevant resources and insights that will be invaluable to my continued success as an adviser to senior executives and professionals. Thank you, Bruce!" -Kathleen Pringle, President/CEO - Predictive Insights, Inc.
"Bruce, I was really looking forward to hearing you speak. Leadership has a special meaning to me. I believe it is one of the greatest attributes that can and should be cultivated in a business. In my tour in the Navy I was continually amazed at how the enlisted shook-up my long held paradigm that officers had the "high ground" on leadership. I saw so many you men and women (younger than I at the time) have the courage to respectfully lead with a humble righteousness and set the example for anyone who happen to pay attention.
Today, you were beyond fabulous. Your passion was palpable. And your subject mastery was Zen-like. I can't imagine the affect you have had on the countless people that have reaped the benefit of the coaching you've provided to their CEOs. My cousin was a CEO for two companies in Boston and it's a lonely place. To have someone like you to shine light on and provide a path to dealing with the things with which they are struggling must be of great help.
When we last spoke I had been vacillating between traditional employment and continuing my endeavors toward build my own business. I have since removed the vacillation and decided to pursue a parallel path but my business is taking on a slow start. I am, for the first time in my life, without the clarity of a singular purpose. It's been.... a growing experience.
As for my softball to you regarding your business; I would be lying if I said I did it just to give you the opportunity to highlight your CEO round table. I wanted those folks to know that you were accessible.
Thanks for reaching out Bruce, I'm honored to be recognized by a man of your caliber and stature."
